Arizona Psychiatric Associates, PLLC specializes in providing Independent Psychiatric and Psychological Consultations, Evaluations & Examinations in various medical-legal and employment related contexts. These contexts entail, but are not limited to, mental health malpractice and standards of care issues, fitness for duty and employment related litigation, emotional and psychological damages, child custody and family court matters, contractual and testamentary capacity, and criminal justice proceedings.
Our associates are highly trained, certified, and well respected clinical and forensic mental health professionals, and can assist private individuals, attorneys, employers, courts and other agencies and institutions by providing objective and independent mental health evaluations for purposes of second opinions, as well as to evaluate matters related to mental health malpractice, psychiatric and psychological disability, sexual harassment, threat assessment, custody and family court matters, testamentary capacity and various other civil and criminal issues such as trial competency, criminal responsibility and post conviction relief.
We also provide clinical/treatment services in select cases. Our practice is not designed to deal with third party payors, such as medicaid, medicare, and private insurance companies. As such, we can provide clinical and treatment services only on fee for service basis.
